Honest labels, everywhere: card payments run Stripe's hosted Checkout on the venue's own Stripe account (the demo venues use a labelled test page until a venue key is saved). In-phone Interac debit via KONEK is gated on Moneris enablement and runs a labelled simulation until then. Terminal Interac works today.
